Operations Manager, Rob Layne, CIPM, has earned a reputation for his professional approach to project coordination and management. Rob is directly responsible for the coordination of all LCI services and project activity. He also works closely with a number of agencies in his role as Executive Director for the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection, and Executive Board Member for Colorado Crime Stoppers.

A detailed, user-friendly report follows, outlining our professional findings, recommending improvements, and offering long-term planning in the form of a Conceptual Protection Plan. Our professional presenters are among the nation’s leaders in their respective fields. Each is a popular speaker at national conferences and protection-related meetings.
