Robert N. Layne, CIPM
A graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.A. in International Affairs, Rob has coordinated LCI operations since 1996. He presently serves as Vice President of Operations and Business Manager for Layne Consultants International, Executive Director for the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection, and Business Manager for The Protection Alliance. Rob is also a member of the American Society for Industrial Security’s Cultural Properties Council. Rob is responsible for all business operations to include survey support, contractual execution, project management, and coordination with client representatives.
